General Conference Information
Basic Schedule:
Tuesday, June 3, 2003: Exhibit set-up (1-5 PM), registration (3-7 PM), reception (6-8 PM)
Wednesday, June 4, 2003: Technical sessions & exhibition, lunch provided
Thursday, June 5, 2003: Technical sessions & exhibition, lunch provided
Friday, June 6, 2003: Technical sessions & exhibition, lunch not provided
The late-afternoon hours of either Wednesday or Thursday will be occupied by the formal poster session. The Center for Microanalysis of Materials laboratory open house will occupy the same hours of the other day (the order of these two events has not yet been determined). Talks are expected to extend until approximately 5 PM on Friday and the exhibit area will be open through the Friday afternoon coffee break, but exhibitors needing to leave the conference before then are welcome to leave brochures on their tables for “self-service” browsing. Excess materials will be discarded when the conference closes.
