Abstract Submission

Deadline: 5:00 PM CST Friday, April 20, 2007.

Participants of the conference who are interested in giving a contributed talk or presenting a poster should submit a one-page abstract.
The conference will follow its traditional single session format of 15-minute oral contributed presentations followed by lively 5-minute discussion periods. The three day format of the conference limits the total number of speakers to about sixty. All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the general committee. The accepted abstracts will be assigned by the committee for oral or poster presentation. Please indicate your preference (oral or poster) at the bottom of your abstract. Each abstract should be submitted as a one-page Word document (WORD Template HERE) by email, as an attachment, to pec07@mrl.uiuc.edu.

Poster preparation

We strongly recommend that posters be prepared on a single sheet, approximately 4' (120 cm) wide and 3' (90 cm) high. Mounting materials including pins and adhesive tapes will be provided.
