There are frequent flights from Chicago O’Hare (ORD), Indianapolis International (IND), Lambert St. Louis International (STL), and Bloomington-Normal Regional (BMI) airports to University of Illinois-Willard Airport (CMI) serving the twin cities of Urbana-Champaign.

Accommodations:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Eastland Suites and Conference Center , 1907 N. Cunningham Ave., Urbana, IL (1-800-253-8331). conference rate is $75.00 for single or double occupancy/night plus tax (reservation code MMMS05). Rooms will be held at this rate until May 8th, 2005. After this date, rooms cannot be guaranteed. Eastland Suites provides free parking, complimentary continental breakfast, free local calls, free local/airport shuttle (Willard Airport), and free shuttle to and from the conference.
Student Housing
Student housing will be available at a special group rate at the Hendrick House (904 West Green Street, Urbana, Illinois 61801 (217) 365-8000). The reservation code is MMMS05. Student housing is available in double occupancy rooms at the conference rate of $24.00/night plus tax or single rooms (very limited) conference rate is $29.00/night plus tax. Student housing can be reserved by calling Hendrick House. Parking for students is available at $4 per day and can be arranged directly with the housing facility. The deadline to receive this special rate is May 10, 2005. Payment for housing must be by cash, check or traveler's check or arrangements can be made to invoice your university, however the payment must be received prior to the conference check-in date.
